Rosenberg Van Leusden Makelaars is an NVM-affiliated real estate agency based in Utrecht, founded in 2010 by Egon Rosenberg and Niels van Leusden. As the name can be quite a mouthful, we are also known as RVL Makelaars.

Our area of operation includes Utrecht, Leidsche Rijn and the surrounding neighbourhoods. As a locally rooted agency, we have in-depth knowledge of the Utrecht housing market and assist clients with both the sale and purchase of residential properties.

We believe in personal guidance, clear communication and a well-considered approach. Rather than standard processes, we offer tailor-made solutions aligned with the property, the market and our clients’ wishes.
