Founded in 2023, Roses PR is a boutique PR agency focused on scaling and growing tech startups and early stage brands through strategic earned media. Founder Bianca Roses is a seasoned PR expert and startup advisor who has led media relations and communications strategies for B2B and B2C tech companies for more than a decade. Her areas of expertise include health & wellness, CPG, fintech, entertainment, AI, sustainability, and social impact.

Prior to launching Roses PR, Bianca served as Associate Vice President at ASTRSK PR, a leading tech PR agency in New York City, where she oversaw many of the agency’s marquee accounts. Over the course of her career, she has led external communications and launch strategies for hundreds of startups, VC firms, and growth stage companies, including ClassPass, Lemonade, Zola, Michael B. Jordan’s MOSS, and Wonder Dynamics (now an Autodesk company). Her work has helped position clients to become household names, go public, and achieve acquisitions by companies including Autodesk, Mindbody, WeWork, Blue Bottle Coffee, Chime, and others. At the core of Roses PR is a commitment to representing companies and founders whose missions genuinely resonate with the team – and businesses that are building innovative products while creating meaningful, positive impact in the world.

And yes, this is the same Bianca who appeared as a cast member on Season 48 of CBS’s Survivor. After pitching herself to casting executives and producers for over a year, she landed a spot on the show on her very first attempt – an experience that sharpened the same storytelling instincts, persistence, media training, and interview skills she now brings to clients every day. From navigating a nationally televised production to sitting on the other side of press interviews herself, Bianca offers founders a uniquely firsthand understanding of what it takes to tell compelling stories under pressure and connect authentically with audiences.
