Tim Strawser

Tim Strawser, PHR, serves as the HR and Business Manager at COBYS Family Services since October 2017 and has been an instructor for Spin and Exercise classes at the Lancaster Family YMCA Association since January 2006. Tim is a Director for Promise Players, a nonprofit Christian theater, contributing to the selection of community organizations benefiting from production proceeds. Previous experience includes serving as a Client Service Executive at Physician Support Systems from July 1986 to September 2017, where Tim managed accounts receivable and billing protocols. Tim has also held leadership roles such as Community Outreach Chairman at Lampeter United Methodist Church, Director at Lampeter Fair, and Band Booster President for Lampeter-Strasburg Marching Band. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Elizabethtown College and completed high school at Solanco High School.
