James Heckman

James Heckman has a long and varied career in the field of business and technology. James began their career in 2007 at Little Wolf as President and Senior Consultant. In 2008, they took on the role of Director of Marketing and Business Development at the American Hospital Association. In 2009, they became Interim Executive Director at the American Marketing Association, Chicago Chapter, and also took on the role of Online Marketing Analyst at Exceleration Group. In 2010, they began working at WorkerBee.tv as Director of Business Development and at Versta Research as Sales Manager. In 2013, they joined ECi Software Solutions as Director of Global System Operations and Director of Marketing Operations. Finally, in 2019, they began working at Rosetree Solutions as Director of Solution Engineering and Solutions Engineer. Throughout their career, James has worked with a variety of companies, from Salesforce consulting firms to ERP software companies, to help companies gain the efficiencies and ROI expected from an investment in technology.

James Heckman has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Northern Illinois University which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. James then went on to obtain an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2003 and 2006, with a focus in Marketing, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. James has also obtained several Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (2022), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (2020), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) (2020), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2019), Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification (2019), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2019), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (2018).
