Janis Baron

Janis Baron has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Programmer Intern and later transitioned into a full-time technical support position at LTV STEEL. In 1995, they joined the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District as a Programmer/Analyst I, where they collaborated with end users and project managers to customize software and administer an Oracle database. In 1998, Janis joined Rosetta (formerly NewMedia) as a Senior Consultant, working on client-facing web application projects. Janis then became the Director of Financial Systems and Reporting at Rosetta, where they supported internal ERP and PPM systems and translated technical issues for non-technical team members. Their most recent role is as a Lead Data Analyst at Xngage, where they have been since 2017.
