After 10 years of work with the edible properties of Bulgarian rose flower, in addition to its distinctive and gentle floral flavour, we are looking deeper into this edible flower as an active food ingredient in order to give light to its various benefits as functional food.

With functional benefits related to anti-stress, digestion, immune system, beauty and anti-aging, we strongly belive that Bulgarian rose as a multi-purpose active ingredient can support all of us living stressful and busy lives in facing the contemporary well-being challenges. And do so in the most tasty, sustainable and non-invasive way, via rose-garnished daily food habits.
