Callum Watson

Callum Watson serves as the Head of People at RoslinCT since October 2020, leading a team of four HR professionals and overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle during a period of significant growth. Notable achievements include a 60% reduction in employee attrition and an increase in employee engagement from the 33rd to the 56th percentile within six months of implementing a new People Strategy. Previously, Callum worked at Wyman Gordon from May 2015 to October 2020 as a Human Resources Advisor, where responsibilities included managing recruitment, on-boarding, appraisals, and compliance with employee regulations. Callum began a career in HR as an HR Coordinator at EthosEnergy Group PPS from May 2014 to May 2015, focusing on recruitment and resource planning for sub-contractors. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with Distinction from The Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
