Dmitry Burlaev

Dmitry Burlaev is the Head of Capital Construction Upstream at Rosneft Oil Company, where they currently manage a construction portfolio valued at $50 billion. Previously, Burlaev held key positions at Gazprom, where they oversaw strategic planning and project development, and at Transneft, leading feasibility studies for prospective projects. They contributed to significant projects such as the Kharampur Gas Project and major pipeline initiatives like Nord Stream and South Stream. Burlaev holds a Specialist degree in Business Administration from the State University of Management and is pursuing a master's degree in gas business administration from the Energy Delta Institute.
