Head Of Central Electrical Dispatch Service at Rosneft

Ilya Bubenkov's work experience began in 2009 at POLYUS, where they worked as an Electromechanic for repair of relay protection and automation equipment. In 2010, they joined JSC "Boguchanskaya GES" as an Engineer, eventually progressing to become the Head of Modes and Market Support Group in the Operational Department. In 2014, they joined Rosneft as the Head of Central Electrical Dispatch Service, where they managed the service and organized operational and dispatch control of the power system. Ilya also successfully implemented measures to reduce the cost of purchased power from the Wholesale Electricity and Capacity Market.

Ilya Bubenkov obtained an Engineer's degree in Relay Protection and Automation of Electric Power Systems from Siberian Federal University between 2004 and 2009. Ilya then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management in the Energy Industry from the same university from 2008 to 2012.
