Kia B. is an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in software quality assurance and engineering. Currently employed at Rosnet since March 2019, Kia has previously held roles at H&R Block and Applebee's, enhancing quality assurance practices and processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Software Quality Analyst at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Kia holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Pittsburg State University and an Associate of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the same institution, as well as a B.S. in Education from the University of Central Missouri.
