Mike Smith

Mike Smith is currently the COO of Industrial & Engineering at Ross Group. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, starting out as a Project Manager at JA Jones Construction in 1989. Mike then moved on to Benham Constructors, LLC in 2001, where they became Vice President & Operations Manager. In 2007, they joined SAIC Constructors, LLC (now known as Leidos Constructors, LLC) as Vice President & Operations Manager. Mike held this position until 2013, when the company underwent a name change. Mike Smith has been with Ross Group Design-Build since 2013 and became COO in 2019.
