Ross + Liddell are one of the largest, most professional Factoring companies in Scotland,

Our Team Structure recognises that a single point of contact is no longer the most efficient way to ensure service delivery. Our structure focuses on the strengths of dedicated teams, whereby staff are fully trained on specific issues, to enable them to resolve clients' queries as quickly as possible.

Delivering the best customer service to our clients has always been a priority for Ross + Liddell. Our recent internal structural changes and introduction of Live Chat are just some of the ways that we have improved the service that we provide, which puts our clients needs first. And now, our refreshed logo and brand identity reflects our forward thinking and dedication to continuously improving our service to clients, and setting new standards in property management.
