Beth Stivers

Beth Stivers is currently the Group Senior Vice President at Ross Stores, Inc., where they have been since 2019. Stivers has held various significant positions within Ross Stores, including Vice President of Business Information and Senior Vice President of the Master Data Office. Previously, they worked at Ann Taylor as VP of Merchandising, Planning, and Store Systems from 2002 to 2008 and served as SVP/CIO of Information Technology at Ashley Stewart, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Stivers was an Analyst at The Limited from 1992 to 1994. They are currently pursuing their education at the University of Notre Dame.
