Bri Berkowitz

Bri Berkowitz is a motivated Human Resources leader with extensive experience in HR transformations, talent management, and leadership development. Currently serving as the HR Director at Ross Stores, they lead a remote team overseeing people operations for over 2,200 stores nationwide. Previously, Bri held various HR positions within Ross Stores, including Senior HR Manager and HR Manager, where they supported talent planning and workforce management initiatives. Their earlier roles included talent management consultancy at Hawaiian Airlines, Accenture, and Allstate, where they implemented performance management processes and developed talent strategies aligned with organizational goals. Bri holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Psychology, and Human Resources from Drake University.
