Chris Paddock

Chris Paddock is a seasoned consultant and senior executive with extensive experience in engineering and supply chain strategy. They have served as Group Senior Vice President at Ross Stores, Inc. since 2019, where they oversee supply chain optimization and national distribution operations. Previously, Chris held several leadership roles within Ross Stores, including Director of Engineering and Vice-President of Engineering and Network Strategy, focusing on engineered standards and distribution expansion projects. Their early career includes nine years as an Aviator in the United States Navy, where they managed various test programs and combat operations. Chris holds a BS in General Studies from Indiana University Bloomington and is pursuing an Executive MBA at William & Mary, alongside continuing education at Rockford University.
