Ella Kindred is a dedicated retail professional with experience in various customer service roles. Currently serving as a Retail Sales Associate at Ross Stores, Inc. since August 2021, Ella has developed skills in customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and loss prevention. Previous experience includes working as a Cashier at Cracker Barrel, where skills in cash handling accuracy and upselling were honed, and as a Food Service Worker at Krystal's, focusing on order accuracy and teamwork. Ella is a freshman at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, after graduating with a high school diploma in Health Professions from Dickson County High School in 2023.
