Leah Stein

Leah Stein is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Director for PSS Strategy - Analytics & Insights at Ross Stores, Inc. since December 2016, Leah has held various roles within the company, including Director of PSS Strategy, Director of Strategy, and Senior Manager of Strategy. Prior to joining Ross, Leah worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2012 to November 2016 and held the position of AVP, Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of America from June 2006 to July 2010. Leah obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2012 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan in 2006.
