Marjan Voit is a seasoned strategic executive and retail expert with a strong background in supply chain innovation and team leadership. They possess extensive experience in merchandise processes, transportation, and warehouse efficiency, having overseen significant transformation initiatives at Ross Stores, Inc. Currently, Marjan leads the Merchandise Operations Department, ensuring alignment with assortment goals while managing costs and enhancing operational performance. They previously held roles at McKinsey, Emptoris, and M&M Mars, and hold an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Diplom in Electrical Engineering from Universität Karlsruhe.
