Currently, Melissa holds the position of Group Senior Vice President-General Merchandise Manager at Ross Stores, Inc. since July 2017. Previous roles include Merchandise Manager positions at Wal-Mart from 1998 to 2007, and General Manager of Home Decorators Collection at The Home Depot from August 2009 to April 2014, as well as Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Smith and Hawken from April 2007 to May 2009. Education was completed at Eastern Washington University from 1994 to 1998.
