Mike Fenocketti

Mike Fenocketti is currently the Vice President of New Stores, Fixture Design, and Purchasing at Ross Stores, Inc., where they focus on driving process excellence and enhancing capabilities for new store openings. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles at Ross, including Senior Director of Process Excellence and Business Transformation, and led substantial business transformation initiatives. They also served as Chief Operations Officer at Alameda County Community Food Bank, overseeing the distribution of millions of meals, and provided consulting services as Principal Consultant at Lean Green Wolverine™. With a background that includes significant contributions to Ford Motor Company and Target Corporation, Mike has demonstrated expertise in process improvement and operational excellence throughout their career. Mike is pursuing their degree at the University of Michigan.
