Mike Liles

Mike Liles has over 25 years of experience in loss prevention and supply chain management, currently serving as Group Vice President of Supply Chain Loss Prevention and Safety at Ross Stores, Inc. since April 2011. Liles has held multiple leadership roles within Ross, ranging from Vice President to Senior Loss Prevention Director. Prior experience includes positions at Dick's Sporting Goods as DLPM and a lengthy tenure at Target where Liles was GAPTL. Mike Liles earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida, completing the degree in 1995.
