Nell Brodsky

Nell Brodsky is currently the Senior Director of Strategy at Ross Stores, where they have progressed through various roles in strategy, including Director and Senior Analyst. Prior to Ross Stores, Brodsky worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at Accenture Strategy and held consulting positions at Axia Ltd. In 2022, they were the Senior Director of Growth at ODDITY. Brodsky is pursuing an MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
