Susan Mann

Susan Mann is an experienced HR leader and executive business partner with a background in law and a focus on people and business integration. They began their career as a litigation attorney at Bowles & Verna LLP and held various leadership positions at companies such as Taylor Made Water Systems and Waterlogic USA, where they developed comprehensive HR strategies and drove employee engagement. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Corporate HR Business Partners at Ross Stores, Inc., continuing to leverage their expertise in performance management and talent development. Susan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington.
