Todd Rayborn

Todd Rayborn is a seasoned executive in the IT and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Ross Stores, Inc. since August 2011. Over the years at Ross, Todd has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Group Senior Vice President and Group Vice President of IT, where responsibilities encompassed IT management, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Prior to this, Todd accumulated extensive consulting experience at Accenture, specializing in the North America Retail Practice, and provided IT consulting services to various companies including Sephora, Staples, Nike, and Gap Inc. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Analysis from Santa Clara University.
