Troy Leick

Troy Leick is a seasoned district manager with over ten years of experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as a District Manager at Ross Stores, Inc. since 2023, Troy previously held the same position at Dollar Tree Stores from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, Troy worked as a District Sales Manager for Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. from 2013 to 2019 and for Sears Authorized Hometown Stores, LLC from 2012 to 2013. Troy began their career as a Store General Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation and Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 2003 to 2007. Troy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Northern Iowa in 1993.
