Erick Resto

Inside Sales Operations at Ross Video

Erick Resto began their work experience in 1998 with CPV Resorts, where they served as a Reservations Manager, Tennis Club Manager, and Property Manager. During their time there, they collaborated with the CFO to implement strategic initiatives and managed 35 employees across various departments.

In 2010, Resto joined Costa Rica Full Eco Adventures as a Resort Developer, where they established a business team for the development of an eco-friendly surf resort. Erick also played a role in formalizing the business architecture and coordinating the preparation of financial statements.

Resto subsequently worked at ND Electronics / doWhale in 2012 as a Sales Representative and Social & Digital Media Planner. In this role, they managed sales orders and recommended equipment to meet customer requirements.

From 2012 to 2014, Resto worked at A&E Ole Networks, first as a Traffic Coordinator and later as a Pan Regional Ad Sales Planner for channels such as A&E, History, E! Entertainment, and The Biography Channel. Their responsibilities included managing workflow in the production of television advertising and assisting with client orders.

Resto joined Primestream Corporation in 2014 as a Sales Operations Manager. Erick analyzed data to forecast and understand departmental needs, supported C-level management in marketing and sales functions for new products, and contributed to the Primestream software platform.

Lastly, Resto is currently working at Ross Video as an Inside Sales Operations professional, starting in 2021.

Erick Resto obtained a Bachelor's Degree in MIS and Business Administration from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Erick further expanded their knowledge in July 2018 by completing the Data Foundations certification program offered by Udacity.
