Michael Fermoyle

Michael Fermoyle has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and AV integration/automation. Michael started their career at Total Media Systems in 2000, where they worked as an AV Integration/Automation specialist until August 2005. In 2007, they joined Ross Video as a Lab Specialist and later progressed to become a Technical Support Specialist from September 2011 to January 2014. Michael then took on the role of Technical Support Specialist - Team Lead from January 2014 to February 2017. Following that, they served as a Technical Support Manager from February 2017 to October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Technical Support at Ross Video, starting in October 2021.

Michael Fermoyle attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering. No information is available regarding their field of study during this time.
