Mitchell Koch began their work experience as a Software Developer at Ross Video in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Web Developer at Stega Networks from June 2020 to September 2020. In 2019, they were a Software Developer at Ross Video.

Mitchell Koch attended Carleton University from 2016 to 2021. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Information Technology degree with a specialization in Interactive Multimedia and Design.
