Todd Riggs

Todd Riggs has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies in the technology and communications industry.

Todd started their career in 1998 as a Branch Manager at Professional Communications Systems, where they successfully managed the office and demonstrated a strong ability to develop new clients and service existing ones.

In 2000, they joined Leitch Technology Inc as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for managing and equipping a network of resellers and system integrators in Florida. Todd also proactively developed existing clients and expanded clientele in new market segments.

At Leitch Technology Inc, they later transitioned to an Applications Systems Engineer role, where they fulfilled multiple roles within the organization. Todd provided demos, technical presentations, product configurations, and show support, as well as worked closely with RSMs to provide system design, drawings, and project management for large, systems-based RFPs.

In 2006, Todd Riggs joined Harris Corporation as a Product Manager, where they managed a product portfolio that became the top-selling product of its class worldwide. Todd collaborated with Engineering and Manufacturing organizations to reduce costs, SKU's, and improve gross margins. Todd also created long and short-term roadmaps in collaboration with customers, sales, and engineering to achieve targeted product growth.

From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Harris Broadcast as a Product Manager, focusing on routing control systems and master control and branding.

Most recently, Todd Riggs has been with Ross Video since 2013, initially as a Business Development Manager. Todd then transitioned to the role of Marketing Product Manager, responsible for connectivity. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Management for Hyperconverged Solutions.

Todd Riggs completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Covenant College, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Pragmatic Institute, including Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, PMC Level VI, PMC Level VII, Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer, Focus, Market, PMC Level III, and PMC Level IV. These certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2021.
