RossOps is an AI-powered platform that builds your factory's proprietary knowledge graph from your daily communications and shift handovers, so every past fix, observation, decision, and piece of informal expertise is instantly retrievable and available to everyone, on every shift.

Sits alongside your existing systems (ERP, CMMS, MES, EAM), and fully deploys in under an hour on mobile, desktop, or tablet.

Every factory runs on two types of knowledge.

Formal knowledge lives in your SOPs, training manuals, and work instructions. Informal knowledge is everything else: the instincts, the shortcuts, the "ask Dave, he'll know." 42% of operational knowledge is considered informal and unique to the individual.

In the US alone, 2.8 million manufacturing workers are set to retire by 2033, tenure is dropping fast, and the skills gap could cost the economy $1 trillion by 2030. That informal knowledge has never been more critical or more at risk.

And the loss goes deeper than people realise, because innovation happens at every level of a factory.

Operators find faster ways to run a line because they have done it a thousand times. Engineers develop instincts for diagnosing problems that no manual covers. Managers refine scheduling logic through trial and error over years.

This is real, compounding intellectual property, but only if it is captured. Otherwise, every new starter begins from zero instead of building on what came before.

Named after a real reliability engineer whose expertise could solve in minutes what took others days, RossOps is built to make every worker that effective.
