Alexsey Kutsenko

Alexsey Kutsenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Department at State Corporation Rostec since January 2014, responsibilities include organization and control of system models for management. Previously, Kutsenko held roles as COO at ISB Solution and Deputy Head of Project Management at ANT-Inform, focusing on strategic management, operational oversight, and risk assessment. Earlier experience includes Program Manager at Technoserv Consulting and Project Manager at AXELOT, where skills in project coordination, customer negotiation, and team management were developed. Kutsenko holds a degree in Software Engineering from Ural State Technical University and a degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kostanai State University.
