Mark Powell is an experienced executive and strategist with over 15 years in corporate advisory and scaling fast-growing companies. Currently serving as the CFO at Rosterfy, Mark also holds the position of CEO at Venture CFO, specializing in fractional CFO services for SaaS and early-stage businesses. Previously, Mark was the CFO at FrankieOne, where they played a pivotal role in raising $46 million across four funding rounds and building finance operations. Mark's extensive background includes 11 years in investment banking at UBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on capital markets and M&A in Australia and the U.S. Mark is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.Com (Hons) in Finance from Sydney University.
