RotaCentral is a powerful, time-saving, online rota system used to manage volunteer rotas for food banks, charities, schools, places of worship, hospitals, museums and theatres.

RotaCentral can run your rota in different ways: it can allow your volunteers to choose their own shifts or it can pick shifts on its own and send the details to your volunteers. RotaCentral can send reminders by email, or SMS text messages. RotaCentral does all of this and more. RotaCentral includes automation that can take care of these tasks for you on a schedule on a daily or weekly cycle of shifts and reminder messages.

The simple dashboard allows you to easily see who is volunteering and when. It has many features such as full automation, volunteer self-service including swapping, automatic allocation, a fairness algorithm, multiple rotas, SMS, multi-admin access, role-matching and many more.
