Rotary Parking develops AI-powered smart parking systems that form the foundation of a new, digitally managed urban infrastructure. At the core of the product is a new generation of parking solutions — adaptable in format, compact in footprint, and designed to meet the demands of dense, modern cities. From vertical structures to modular configurations, each installation is engineered for seamless integration into diverse urban environments.

All parking assets are connected to a unified digital platform that manages availability, reservations, EV charging, and performance analytics in real time. Drivers interact with the system through a mobile app, while AI-based algorithms ensure optimal load distribution and a smooth user experience.

In addition to its technological model, Rotary Parking offers a partner-based investment structure. Private and institutional investors can participate in individual parking deployments and generate steady income from daily operations. Each site is treated as a stand-alone asset, backed by contractual infrastructure ownership and managed remotely through a dedicated partner app. Setup, permitting, and operational oversight are handled centrally, while payouts are issued on a regular basis.

The company is scaling its network across Southern and Western Europe — beginning in Spain and the Canary Islands, with expansion planned in Malta, Italy, Portugal, and Greece. All components are manufactured and assembled within the EU, with a typical deployment timeline of 4 to 6 months per site.

Rotary Parking sees parking not as a static service, but as a dynamic layer of urban infrastructure — flexible, scalable, and capable of delivering sustainable financial returns. It is a system where technology and investment work together to serve the city, the driver, and the partner alike.
