Antonio Pinos

Antonio Pinos is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Rotecna since February 2018, Pinos focuses on improving animal health and welfare for pig farmers through sustainable and efficient solutions. As CEO of MACELI SL, Pinos drives sales turnaround and operational excellence while pursuing international expansion. Pinos previously held CEO positions at Faus International Flooring SL and Levantina y Asociados de Minerales, S.A, where strategic restructuring and business model innovation were key achievements. Earlier career roles include General Manager at Lear Corporation and Engineering Director positions at United Technologies Corporation and Johnson Controls Automotive. Pinos holds an Advanced Business Management Program degree from IESE Business School, an MBA from Escuela Europea de Negocios en Aragón, and a Master of Engineering, along with an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Zaragoza.
