Maxx Ibarra is a mechanical engineering consultant and robotics educator who graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech in 2025. Currently, Maxx serves as the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Rotender and mentors FIRST Robotics teams at Notre Dame High School. Previously, Maxx held various leadership positions at Caltech, including Vice President and President of the QuestBridge Chapter, and gained engineering experience through internships at HP and Baker Hughes. Maxx has also contributed to educational initiatives as a tutor coordinator at the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics and an alumni mentor for the Caltech Robotics Team.
