Trey Hall has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Trey is currently the Vice President and Chief Strategist at Rothe Development Inc, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, Trey served as the President of The Rothe Companies for over 20 years, from June 2000 to March 2021. In this role, they also managed the External Customer Office at NASA/JSC and oversaw operations at the Neutral Buoyancy Lab, Light Manufacturing Facility, and Space Vehicle Mockup Facility. Before joining The Rothe Companies, Trey worked as the Engineering Department Manager at Wyle Integrated Science and Engineering Group from August 1997 to June 2000. Trey also has experience as a Product Engineer at Reed Tool (National Oilwell Varco, formerly Schlumberger; Hycalog) and as a Principal Engineer and Project Manager at Lockheed Martin Corp. Their tenure at Lockheed Martin lasted from 1987 to 1997.

Trey Hall attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Financial Management & Personnel Law. Prior to that, they studied at Texas A&M University from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ocean Engineering.
