Seth Osher is an experienced technology leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Technology at Rothesay since September 2025. Prior to this, Seth held multiple leadership roles at Brevan Howard, overseeing Credit, Macro, and RV Technology, as well as managing Credit Technology. As the Founder of Vade Mecum Ltd from July 2022 to September 2023, Seth mentored B2B fintech startups and provided strategic vision throughout product lifecycles. Previous roles include Head of Global Debt Markets and Fixed Income Risk Technology at HSBC, where Seth advanced through key leadership positions, and managed technology for fixed income operations. Additional experience includes senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS AG focused on electronic trading technology and pricing strategies. Seth's educational background includes a BA in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
