David Freer

David Freer has extensive experience in trade compliance and procurement processes. At Farnell Global, David serves as the Technical Classifications Team Lead, managing the classifications team responsible for assigning ECCN and HTS codes to new products, as well as updating the product portfolio in response to regulatory changes. David's prior experience includes roles at Premier Farnell, where responsibilities ranged from global P2P administration to cash allocations, contributing to the implementation of integrated invoicing systems and financial reconciliations. David also worked as a Central Purchase Ledger Clerk at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, further solidifying expertise in invoice processing and account reconciliation. Education was completed at Roundhay School Technology College.
