Rob Umfreville

Rob Umfreville has over 25 years of experience in electronics engineering, currently serving as Group Electronics Manager and previously as Senior Electronics Design Engineer at Rotork Controls since February 2008. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Senior Electronics Engineer at Renishaw from September 2002 to February 2008, focusing on FPGA applications for metrology. Rob began their career as a Computer Assembler at DCS from September 1998 to May 2000. Rob holds a Master of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
