Kyle Rodgers

Kyle Rodgers is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as the Manager of Engineering and Technical Services at Rottler Manufacturing, LLC since April 2017. In this role, Kyle directs a team of engineers and service managers, leading a multi-year product development project and significantly increasing the technical service footprint, which resulted in a 50% faster ticket closure rate and a 33% year-over-year revenue growth. Previously, as an Engineering Manager, Kyle managed the development and launch of new machine series, improving engineering efficiency and first article acceptance. Kyle's expertise also includes serving as an Electrical Service and Motion Controls Engineer, where responsibilities included control system design and lifecycle engineering support. Prior to Rottler, Kyle worked as a Test Engineer at Ingersoll Rand, leading validation programs for rotary screw compressors. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
