Phong Pham

Phong Pham is an experienced quality control professional with a solid background in inspection and quality assurance across multiple manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a QC Inspector at Rottler Manufacturing, LLC since April 2017, Phong has previously held positions as a Quality Inspector at NORFIL, LLC, and as a QA Inspector at Capital Industries, Inc. With a decade-long tenure at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, Phong developed expertise in creating inspection procedures and performing detailed inspections for medical devices. Educational background includes studies at Southwest Tennessee Community College, complementing extensive hands-on experience with various measurement tools and quality standards, particularly AS9100C and AS9102.
