Zoe Smith

Zoe Smith is currently the Global Support Manager at Roubler, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Zoe served as the Training & Support Team Lead at Newbook from 2022 to 2024, where they focused on product training and resource development for staff. Before that role, they worked at Newbook in various training and support positions from 2020 to 2022. Zoe began their career as a Reservations Agent at Mantra Circle on Cavill from 2012 to 2014.
