Rough Cut Talent is a boutique search and advisory firm specializing in elite SaaS sales talent for high-growth companies.

Built by a former top-performing sales rep, Rough Cut partners closely with founders and revenue leaders to uncover exceptional Account Executives capable of building pipeline, closing complex deals, and driving meaningful revenue growth from day one.

Most recruiters focus on polished résumés. Rough Cut looks deeper, identifying high-conviction talent with the grit, intelligence, and edge to thrive in demanding, high-growth environments.

In addition to Account Executive recruitment, Rough Cut Talent provides founder advisory, sales strategy support, talent referral partnerships, and curated market insights through its VIP network.
