Sarah Stone possesses extensive expertise in the fields of biotechnology and molecular biology, with a strong background in both research and management roles within prominent organizations. Sarah's career began as an Industrial Placement Student at GlaxoSmithKline, focusing on cytokine release in whole blood and the development of a Luminex assay. From 2012 to 2023, Sarah held various managerial and scientific positions at Sartorius and Sartorius Stedim BioOutsource, including Senior Scientist Biacore and Computer Systems Validation Manager, demonstrating leadership in bioassay teams and expertise in therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. Currently, Sarah serves as the Computerised Systems Manager at RoukenBio. Sarah holds a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Glasgow and has earned both a Master’s degree in Molecular Functions in Disease and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology with Biotechnology from respected UK universities.
