Flemming Pedersen

Flemming Pedersen is currently building a human-first, purpose-driven strategy consulting and investment company as a partner and co-founder at Round. They previously served in various leadership roles, including Chief of Division at the Danish Business Authority and the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs. With early experience as an intern at the Royal Danish Embassy and a student at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Flemming progressed to consulting roles at the Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company, where they ultimately became a partner. Flemming enhanced their expertise with a Sustainable Business Strategy course at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2020.
