For over 20 years, RTC has been creating spaces of profound psychological safety—first for CEOs and thought leaders bringing their stories to life, and now for teams seeking transformation.

Our journey began helping visionaries write the books they were born to write, mastering the art of creating safe environments where vulnerability flourishes and authentic voices emerge. This foundation in psychological safety became our bridge to where we stand today.

Since 2014, we’ve expanded our expertise through rigorous evidence-based methodologies, blending insights from Gestalt psychology, organizational behavior, and leadership science. Today, our team of experts guides organizations in cultivating cultures where trust, accountability, connection, and high performance thrive.

Our programs and courses—informed by established research in psychological safety and organizational behavior—elevate psychological safety across all levels of an organization. We help teams go further, faster, and enjoy the journey together.

From leadership to the front line, people who feel cared for simply perform better.
