Hal Siegel

Hal Siegel is a seasoned digital product and UX leader with extensive experience in shaping user experiences across various industries. At 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since October 2022, Hal drives digital product teams and is establishing a UX design and research group for multiple brands, focusing on enhancing meaningful relationships through giving. Previously, Hal served as Vice President of Digital Product and UX at Victoria's Secret, overseeing UX Design, Research, and Strategy for a $2.5 billion e-commerce platform while leading a team dedicated to improving user experiences. As Associate Vice President, Hal spearheaded initiatives to elevate the strategic importance of UX within the organization. Hal co-founded BASIK, a digital agency, where responsibility included leading Creative Design and UX for clients in the e-commerce, fashion, beauty, and luxury real estate sectors. Hal holds a BFA in Art from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and attended Stanford University in 2015.
