Katie Vila

Katie Vila has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies. Katie started their career at Prime Engineering as a Co-op from 2004 to 2006. From there, they worked at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc for several years, progressing through various roles and gaining experience in real estate assets. One notable project they managed was the Faena District Project in Miami Beach. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Associate at Fifteen Group Capital. Most recently, Katie held multiple roles at Roundhouse, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Investments.

Katie Vila completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Real Estate from the Columbia Business School from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their degrees, Katie Vila obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in January 2013.
