Mike Brown is an experienced professional in real estate development and emergency response. Currently serving as a Firefighter/EMT with the Carbondale and Rural Fire Protection District since March 2023, Mike also holds positions as Partner Emeritus and Co-President at Roundhouse, a boutique real estate development company focused on sustainable building practices. Since January 2018, Mike has owned New Freedom Ranches and has been a member of the Urban Land Institute since 2007. Educationally, Mike obtained an MBA in Real Estate Development from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in English from Colorado College.
